the staff was polite and helpful, i especially appreciated alina and emma. they provided useful directions and assistance with all my needs. my room was very nice and had a private balcony. i stayed for seven days and found the accommodations satisfactory.
My room was located in the basement, specifically room 13. the walls were quite thin, and i could hear guests arriving late at night. the plumbing was also very loud. Flushing toilets or turning on taps in the room above caused significant clanking for about 30 seconds.

the hotel's proximity to the station proved convenient. it suited my needs for transportation.
i found the basement room assigned to me quite unpleasant. the steep stairs and lack of a proper window. i would not want to risk getting that room again.

The location proved acceptable, close to transportation hubs.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. External noise was intrusive at all hours. I heard incessant sounds, disrupting sleep. This matter requires attention.

convenient stay near king's cross
excellent location easy bag drop nice room needed amenities
the location is excellent as it is very close to king's cross station. dropping off my bags before check-in was easy. i went off exploring the area soon after i arrived. i found everything i needed in my nice little room.
the hallways are very small , and there are a lot of staircases.

train station useful facilities
the hotel is near King's Cross station. It makes travel quick to different parts of the area. Staff was friendly. I found the room facilities useful.
my room was on the top floor. There was no lift so I had to carry heavy bags up several flights of stairs. This should be mentioned prior to arrival.
